Our wines are foot-tread and macerated in 250-year-old granite lagares. They are fermented in concrete tanks with minimal intervention, always guided by the goal of conveying the unique character of their grapes and terroir.

Over sixty years old, the old vines on the higher ground comprise different native grape varieties, among which Arinto predominates.
